Requirements:

Our core focus is enhancing observability within software systems providing essential data to the right people at the right time.

• Minimum 3 years of backend development in modern microservices environments with Django/Flask framework.
• Proficient in working with both relational and non-relational databases.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to follow a get-things-done approach.
• Good communication skills and ability to speak/write in English. (at least B2 level)
• A self-starter who is passionate about technology and enthusiastic about building quality software.

Must have skills:

Django or Flask, Microservices, Docker, PostgreSQL or similar

Nice to have skills:
DevOps, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Ansible, Elastic, Kibana

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python-based microservices, with an emphasis on Flask or Django.
• Design, implement, and deploy new features within our microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Scrum ceremonies to plan and scope features.
• Engage in technical design discussions, contributing valuable insights.
• Write clean, maintainable code and ensure readability for team members.
• Provide technical support and guidance to peer developers.
• Proactively work with customer development teams, offering solution recommendations and fostering collaborative relationships.
