Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Associate Site Administrator (who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Panama.

Mission:

Support the management of the Construction area in the implementation and monitoring of indicators that reflect the objectives of the area and the project. Execution and follow-up of the certification process with the client and suppliers.

Accountabilities

• Support the Construction Manager / Deputy Manager in the management of the Area Documentation

• Support the Construction Manager / Deputy Manager in the management of construction facilities

• Support the Construction Manager / Deputy Manager in the management of the area's own logistics

• Support the Construction Manager / Deputy Manager in managing the follow-up of deliverables

• Support the Construction Manager / Deputy Manager in the management and monitoring of aspects related to the Construction area
