SCM Regulatory Compliance Internship 80 - 100% (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities

• Support SCM Head of Change Management and Continuous Improvement (CMCI) and SCM External Regulatory Compliance Manager to develop a holistic regulatory compliance framework which complies with upcoming legislative rules that affect Hitachi Energy

• Support SCM Knowledge Manager to enhance current Regulatory Compliance Sharepoint (including forms and dashboards) to deliver accurate and up to date information

• Monitor deliverables and follow up with action owners on past due deliverables

• Support in the creation of training materials/toolkits related to regulatory compliance framework

• Support in the development of incident reporting tool for non-compliant requirements

• Remain informed of changes to regulatory compliance requirements

Your background

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in the related specialization area (e.g., Business Management, Change Management, Communications)

• Internship experience

• Project Management / Digital Tools experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work successfully in multi-cultural teams, good interpersonal skills
  and ability to build strong relationships with global and local stakeholders

• Flexible and adaptable to work with multiple stakeholders in an agile environment

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Proactive and structured mindset
