Mission Statement:

Design, implement, and deploy SAP solutions in DMS to achieve defined business goals. Skilled in SAP application process design and configuration. Analysis of business requirements and design of suitable IT solutions in SAP DMS. SAP application design, development, integration, testing, and deployment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Experience in setting up the SAP DMS structure.

• Consult and collaborate with business users to implement solutions (projects/change requests) in SAP DMS and write blueprint/design and configuration documents. Facilitate UAT by assisting and guiding users.

• Experience in document management applications based on SAP Folder management (XFT Addon Suite Systems).

• Ability to customize the corresponding configuration.

• Good understanding of SAP Workflow processes and capabilities.

• Knowledge of the SAP-sided storage configuration (ArchiveLink, KPRO).

• Good Knowledge of integration with other modules through Object linking.

• Experienced with SAP Documents, Document Structure, Document Search, Document Distribution Version Management, Document Vaulting, Integrated Viewer Status Management, Document Conversion, and Document workflow.

• Should be well-versed in the integration aspects of SAP DMS with other core modules of SAP ECC.

• Should have sound knowledge of back-end data dictionary tables, views, exits, enhancements, BADIs, BAPIs, and other essential development objects.

• Can write Functional Specifications and Test Plans for technical developers to address business requirements needing custom RICEFWs; work with the technical team to explain the requirements and design, test, facilitate UAT, track defects, and deploy the solution to production.

• Experience with Open Text and Documentum will be an advantage.

• Setting up SAP Knowledge Management, SAP content server, experienced with Metadata search & configuration and integration with workflow configuration, TREX integration and Security associated with DMS implementation.

• Should have worked with associated standard workflows across MM, QM and PM.

• Experienced in establishing archive links to support the retention of POs, Invoices, and other documents.

Your Background:

• Graduate or Post Graduate preferred.

• 8 to 10 years of experience.

• Practical experience in DMS data migration from SAP ECC or non-SAP systems to SAP S/4 Hana.

• Troubleshooting and resolving DMS issues in Business-as-usual operations in production.

• Train key- and end-users in new and existing DMS functionality – standard and custom.

• Ability to prepare relevant document artefacts like blueprints, FS, test plans, solution proposals, estimates, etc.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Solution Manager ChaRM will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
