Your Responsibilities:
- Train Hitachi Energy's Power Grids eSourcing users and suppliers
- Consult and support senior managers and buyers on how to manage large/complex eSourcing events
- Ensure alignment of the global eSourcing solution with ABB’s global supply chain management processes
- Develop and lead implementation of a library of best-in-class category-specific RFX and eAuction templates in conjunction with ABB category teams
- Develop category-specific award strategies and scenario designs in support to category teams
Your Background:
- Excellent knowledge of eSourcing processes gained through at least 3 years of hands-on operational experience
- Excellent knowledge of eSourcing tool (Preferably – SAP Ariba Sourcing)
- Knowledge of strategic SCM processes will be an advantage
- Good at building professional relationships across all levels of an organization
- Analytical and structured
- Dedicated to show a high service orientation and high quality performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are a plus.
