Your responsibilities

  • Forecasting service business and set sales targets for local business regions and sales team.
  • Identifying and evaluating opportunities with existing and potential new customers on a global/local basis, determines plans for implementation and allocates resources for service pipeline development.
  • Developing and delivering strategic planning, change management and business transformation.
  • Installed base Management and Updation for driving lead generations.
  • Designing and development of new strategic service offerings based on market trends. Revisiting and developing Service portfolio and offerings for driving growth.
  • Channel development and creating footprint across india to drive growth.
  • Responsible for Profitability from order acquisition to revenue.
  • Responsible for alignment global strategic plan with country strategies.
  • Ensuring strategies are delivered across the organization through measurement and reporting of internal results, along with identifying and enabling pathways to reach objectives through resource re-allocation, short term target adjustments, etc., Providing analysis and recommendations.
  • Identifying, monitoring, and maintaining the sales market price levels, evaluating with Product Management pricing impact on the results.
  • Identifying & managing potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels including cyber security risks.
  • Building and maintaining key customer and account relationship and lead strategic business development initiatives and driving strong service portfolio for the BU growth.
  • Driving and assuring extensive usage of sales tools like Salesforce, Presales & CCRP (Customer Complaint Resolution Process) with in team for sales achievement and customer management
  • Ensuring all work was undertaken to the highest quality and professionalism in accordance with the company’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies.

Your background

  • The candidate should have10-15 years of relevant experience in growing service portfolio in similar industry.
  • The educational qualification should be preferred BE in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
  • Candidate must have 10-15 Years in Service Sales of Grid Automation – GA (protection, automation, communication technologies) and should have dealt with Power utilities/ Oil and GAS / Railways/ Metros/ EPC/ End users as a system as well as product.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
