Hitachi Energy (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Power Grids, Grids Integration You will be a vital member of the Procurement and Logistics team within the Grids Integration, in Bangkok, Thailand.
You will involve in purchasing materials on behalf of the Business according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule and terms.
You will be initiating purchase orders according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures.
You will negotiate agreements with main suppliers and periodically renewing price lists, terms and conditions and support the bid and proposal teams by providing relevant market information.
You will be overseeing supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolving performance issues.
You will identify and qualify new suppliers in cooperation with Supplier Quality and Engineering specialists and align supplier orders with customer requirements in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price.
You will involve in order handling to follow up the goods and logistics planning from both overseas and local to delivery to site to maintain project schedule, Goods Receive process and coordinate with freight forwarder for customs clearance.

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineer is an advantage.
3 to 5 years of experience in procurement or logistics, working as buyer with electrical and construction business.
Demonstrated experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP Ariba, and SAP ERP.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
Material Sourcing for both tender and execution stage for both material and subcontractors.
Order Handling: starting from issue PO, follow up material production progress and delivery date, Request and check for shipping document.
Transportation and Logistics: Freight Cost Comparison and Selection, Coordinate with Freight For-warder for customs clearance process, Coordinate with site team to deliver the goods to site.
SCM strategic work: Supplier Qualification Process, Supplier Performance Evaluation, Frame Agreement, etc.
