Description
Your responsibilities:
You will perform real estate activities related to facility planning, maintenance, asset management.
You will involve in Job duties include handling lease transactions, overseeing property management operations.
You will be negotiating contracts & maintaining correct data in Real Estate system.
You will perform Archibus (Real Estate system) management.
You will involve in budget planning, management & follow thru the CAPEX projects if any.
You will perform in SAP ( Reiva ) system from PR, GR and payment to vendor.

Your background:
University degree in any discipline.
At least 3 year working experience in project management & Basic Finance/accounting/budgeting.
Proactive, good team player, high attention to detail and customer focus attribute.
Able to multitasks and work with minimum supervision.
Good command of English and communication skills.
