We are seeking a qualified Marketing and Sales Manager who can help keeps this engine running with their own sales skills as well as leadership of a great team. The ideal Manager will be responsible within Transformers Business for sales and marketing of both lines; full insulation & components portfolio as well as entire Transformer Sales Service Organization in LatinAmerica. He/She should has experience with entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationsip building and deal closing. We are looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiation skills, someone with a success track record who can inspire the same performance in others. Role demands a leader who has sharp mind and ability to coach, advise, motivate to secure a high performance team.
This role will be based in Guarulhos.
Your Main responsibilities:
- Create and implement MS plans that expand our customer base by meeting/exceeding OR budgets within allocated market areas.
- Liaise with End-Users in order to homologate and have approved I&C portfolio, clarify tender specifications
- Expand transformer Service portfolio (Transformer Intelligence, Advanced Maintenance, Service Agreements, Life Extension, Parts, etc.)
- Achieve remarkable Business Growth on sustainable basis, continuous proactive search for business opportunities
- Further penetration in current Customer base, significant proactive expansion of Customer
- Building and reinforcing sustainable Customer relationships at the proper levels to ensure Client satisfaction, Growth and retention.
- Secure training & competence development of own Team as key tool for people growth and Market differentiation
- Feeding Organization with Market Intelligence and use customer feedback to drive consistent development of processes and practices.
- Provide a regular forecast on OR per product line and country
- Support on call the business between I&C and Services with HUB, GPG and HE Transformer Units.
- Create synergies among Product Lines in order to increase sales volumes per project.
- Supporting PGUs on technical and commercial aspects of offers and projects in close collaboration with direct customers and internal partners
- Willingness to travel for international business trips (up to 50%)
