Description:

Requirements:
• Create the performance test strategy and plan.
• Create high-quality Test scenarios, Test cases, test scripts, and Test data
• Maintain the test artifacts using the selected test management tool
• Execute performance test scripts, analyze the results to identify performance issues, and their root cause, and present the analysis to related stakeholders
• Work closely with the development team to fix performance issues
• Provide regular and effective progress updates and work closely with the team/Project Manager to ensure the management of any delivery risks
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Preferences:
• Performance Test Engineer with 6 to 8 Yrs of experience working with high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications with microservices-based backend, SQL & NO SQL databases and web and mobile frontend hosted on AWS cloud
• Strong and practical experience in creating performance test strategies, performance test plans, performance test scenarios and performance test scripts
• Experience in using tools for performance testing, metrics, monitoring, and results analysis
• Experience in setting up environments for performance testing
• Knowledge of industry best practices

Job Responsibilities:
• Experience in planning and estimation of performance test team activities, managing test preparation and test execution tasks, ensuring they are completed on time
• Experience in performance testing of Cloud services, specifically AWS services
• Experience in Distributed Load Testing.
• Experience in set up dashboards for near real-time tracking of performance test metrics
• Experience in at least one of the Load Testing Tools - Jmeter, Locust
• Experience in integrating performance testing with CICD Automation Tools
• Gather and analyze performance requirements.
• Suggest performance requirements based on industry best practices
