• Interpersonal and communication skills.

• Technical customer support experience.
• Support ongoing Tier four(engineering) support and diagnostic activities as mentioned in the Summary Description.
• Develop automation scripts in SQL (Oracle & MS SQL Server), and UNIX shell scripting to resolve software issues reported by IoT devices in production.
• Writing Queries in Elastic Search to visualize the data for support activities.

• Reducing redundancy of report requests from business users by creating daily, weekly, and monthly reports using SQL Queries.
• Performing analysis of issues being reported by customers related to the operation of various devices, including vehicular devices and the interaction with the other computer control units in the vehicle.
• Developing utilities, test tools, and product features under the supervision of other developers.
• Bachelor's or Master s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Five years of progressive experience developing software applications and/or solutions.
• Three years of experience with SQL queries and database operations.
• Two years with Java or other high-level computer programming languages.
• Computer application skills, such as MS Office or G-Suite.
• Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret technical data at the level needed to perform the required duties.

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform Splunk queries and automation to monitor the device logs and raise alerts when required.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of IoT device logs, identify gaps and issues, and make recommendations, including discovering new approaches.
• Assist engineering and individual engineers with data collection activities.
• Write and execute SQL queries for reporting and research purposes.
• Using tools like MARS, MTAS, RTT, Handset Analyzer, Iris, TrueCall, ACSS, and others, to identify device connectivity issues, to monitor network logs, and proactively fix device-related issues.
