Description:

Our customer is an American company that designs and sells televisions, sound bars, viewer data, and advertising. Our job will be in the development of a media pipeline with integration into a media player with HAL and DRM support via TEE support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in software development projects.
• Strong understanding of multimedia processing.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (including fluent English language skills).
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Technical background in software development is highly desirable (CC++OTTEmbedded).

Familiarity with DRM technologies, and TEE implementations is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of software developers, AQA engineers.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address challenges and roadblocks to ensure project success.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technical leads to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Facilitate clear communication between team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports.
• Optimize resource allocation to meet project milestones.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
• Conduct regular reviews of project deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and clients or stakeholders.
• Address client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project expenditures and adhere to budgetary constraints.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
