The Team

You will be a part of the finance BI and reporting team, working closely with finance leaders and deciphering the finance business requirements into reports and data solutions.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness in financial datasets.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data storage and retrieval processes.

What You Bring To The Team (Qualifications)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Preferred or Equivalent Experience and Certifications.
  • Experience: 2 Years Experience between Internships and Hands on Experience in Data Analysis.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Financial Software: Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, as well as advanced knowledge of spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific financial trends and regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and establish positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Problem-solving Orientation: Proactive problem-solving mindset, with the capacity to think critically and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with financial systems, ERP software, Microsoft Power BI and SQL are preferred.
