General information:
For our Substation Automation Engineering team, we are looking for a project- and solution-oriented team leader for the SCADA engineering.
Your responsibilities:
You will have the direct responsibility for a team of 4 engineers in Bangkok, working with Protection technology, SCADA, RTU, communication and electrical engineering and supported by dedicated engineering resources in INOPC (India).
You will shift and capacity planning of the assigned employees, taking global resources into account.
You will monitor and ensure the correct execution of the work of its employees in the projects and support of the employees in the projects as well as the project teams in the area of Substation Automation engineering.
You will be involved in personnel planning and personnel development and continuous improvement of the settlement processes in close cooperation with the other engineering groups in order to increase in productivity and quality level.
You will take active participation in the Engineering management team; participation in the preparation of the cost center budget as well as regular monitoring throughout the year; participation in the definition of the strategic and operational goals of the department.

Your background:
University degree in electrical engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Substation Automation engineering.
Preferably competence in Control technology and/or SCADA-RTU technology.
Previous leadership experience as a Team Leader or Project Manager would be considered as advantage.
As a manager, you hold a genuine interest in coaching and developing your team in combination with a good track record of fostering strong collaboration with peers and interfacing departments, both locally and globally.
Preferably, you have a proven track record of managing and facilitating change.
Fluent Norwegian and English both in speaking and writing.
