As a Local Product Group of High Voltage Products, the High Current Systems unit is responsible for the development, sales, manufacturing, and service of generator circuit-breaker systems.

In this dynamic role, you will be solving quality related cases which happen on our customer sites, by working closely with our Project Managers, the quality team and with our colleagues from Research & Development. If needed, you will perform coordinate root-cause analysis, prepare reports and convince key stakeholders, in order to act quickly so that our customers are satisfied with our products and services.

Your responsibilities

  • Customer Case handling / Troubleshooting, including handling customer complaints

  • Coordination of Exchange Actions (product or material replacements) and related Root Cause Analysis

  • Preparation of 8D reports

  • Definition and implementation of improvements based on customer feedback

  • Management and analysis of quality related data for our Generator Circuit Breaker product family and performance analysis with the use of the data cube

Your background

  • Commercial or technical education

  • 2 to 5 years relevant experience (projects during studies count)

  • Familiarity with the use of MS tools. SAP experience is an advantage

  • Good English language skills. Knowledge of German language is a plus

  • First experience in a multicultural matrix organization

  • Open to challenges, Yellow-belt certification is a plus

  • Ready to influence stakeholders and manage expectations by communicating effectively

  • Very good organizational skills
