Model-Based Design engineer with Python IRC205892

Description:

Global Logic is looking for a Model Based Design with Python engineer to be part of the project team delivering MBD models that will let the driver open his car with smart devices. New team member will be responsible for transformation of Python code into MBD models and implementation of model changes requested by MIL / SIL testers. Team will focus on pairing / unparing devices with the car and proper localization of the car and the deivce. He will be supporting tests of the solution in the vehicle.

Project is part of a wider program developing standalone telematics solutions for vehicle connectivity, letting car drivers enjoy the newest automotive features, innovative safety navigation and entertainment services. Multiple teams work for a well-recognized world-class customer.

Requirements:

Must have
- Matlab
- Simulink
- Stateflow
- Python

Nice to have
- Embedded Coder
- Signal Processing (LowPass filters, FFT - Fast Fourier Transform, Noise processing)
- Control Engineering (at least Kalman filter)
- UWB, RF tech
- C language

Job Responsibilities:

- transform Python code to MBD models
- to cooperate with MIL / SIL testers and integrators
- to support vehicle testing
- to implement changes in the models coming from problem reports
- to cooperate with customer's teams
- English language is a must; French language is nice to have
- up to 15 days of travel required
