Maintenance Technician 80 - 100% (f/m/d)

Description

Scope of the role

• Maintain production tools to ensure high equipment availability

• Plan PMs, organize spare parts purchasing and storage to ensure equipment downtime is minimized

• Troubleshooting and repair equipment in-house or in collaboration with suppliers, if needed

• Work with other stakeholders in maintenance team, facility, process engineering and R&D to plan work related to normal or special processing

• Maintain and improve existing process capabilities and bring improvement ideas to reality

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and work with Fab MES systems

• Respond to Pikett/On-call tasks when situations arise (approximately 1 week per 2 months)

• Create/maintain a safe and friendly work environment by following rules relating to personnel, product and environmental safety

Qualification

• Experience in or as Mechatronics/Betriebsmechaniker

• Experience in process, measurement & control technology/”MSR-Technik”

• EFZ or equivalent in Systems Engineering/Automatiker

• Prior Work Experience: More than 2, preferably 5 years of work experience in maintenance of manufacturing equipment for semiconductors/optics/sensors or similar working with hazardous chemicals or with machines using them is a strong plus

• Fluent in German or English

• Proven problem-solving capability

• Ability to work in teams and ready to work in facilities with a Pikett requirement
