Maintain production tools to ensure high equipment availability
Plan PMs, organize spare parts purchasing and storage to ensure equipment downtime is minimized
Troubleshooting and repair equipment in-house or in collaboration with suppliers, if needed
Work with other stakeholders in maintenance team, facility, process engineering and R&D to plan work related to normal or special processing
Maintain and improve existing process capabilities and bring improvement ideas to reality
Develop and maintain technical documentation and work with Fab MES systems
Respond to Pikett/On-call tasks when situations arise (approximately 1 week per 2 months)
Create/maintain a safe and friendly work environment by following rules relating to personnel, product and environmental safety
Experience in or as Mechatronics/Betriebsmechaniker
Experience in process, measurement & control technology/”MSR-Technik”
EFZ or equivalent in Systems Engineering/Automatiker
Prior Work Experience: More than 2, preferably 5 years of work experience in maintenance of manufacturing equipment for semiconductors/optics/sensors or similar working with hazardous chemicals or with machines using them is a strong plus
Fluent in German or English
Proven problem-solving capability
Ability to work in teams and ready to work in facilities with a Pikett requirement
