Here is the profile description:Job Description for Senior devops engineer:
Consult with management on software solution operating needs
Share knowledge about information system alternatives, risks, and operational effect
Guide junior software engineers as they acquire expertise and take on DevOps duties
Oversee solution installation and configuration
Work with developers on software requirements and analyze test stage results
Designing automated module deployments and developing interface simulators
Finish updating code and scripts, as well as resolving product implementation issues
Supervise normal maintenance processes and do diagnostic testing
Record procedures and track performance metrics
Adhere to network administration and security best practises
Manage and enhance cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
Implementation of microservices and tools

Tech Skills:
Extensive experience on EKS , Istio, controllers
Build independent web based tools, microservices and solutions using Kubernetes, Istio
Write scripts and automation using Perl/Python/Groovy/Bash
Configure and manage data sources like PostgresSQL, Mongo, Elasticsearch, Redis, etc
Manage source control including like BitBucket, Github
Collaborate with software developers, quality assurance engineers and IT professionals to guarantee smooth deployment, automation and management of software infrastructure.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for multiple software applications and environments using tools like Jenkins, Bamboo
Create and maintain monitoring systems to guarantee high availability and performance for software applications.
Manage and enhance cloud infrastructure on AWS and good work experience on AWS services like EC2, Lamba, Autoscaling, load balancers, RDS/Aurora, Security & Identity compliance, Rout53, VPC, Cloudfront, monitoring
IAC work experience on Terraform
Automating software deployment, configuration, and upkeep processes
Troubleshoot software infrastructure issues and collaborate with the team to resolve them
Nice to have: Tanzu(TMC, TAP,TBS), Redis, APIGee
