Description

Hitachi Energy Human Resources Operations is seeking for an HR Specialist to assist Workday and ADP Payroll functional areas. This position is to manage day-to-day HR activities, work with the other team members to collaboratively solve employee related issues and provide solutions.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Support Kronos implementation of data strategy and ensure the Quality data is accurate.

  • Perform data entry in Workday and other HR systems as necessary (e.g., new hires, terminations, etc)

  • Monitoring ad hoc ADP error reports and ensure to make the necessary changes accordingly 

  • Monitoring data quality to ensure that information is up to date and accurate in Workday & ADP

  • Maintain worder data in Workday, manage and maintain Job changes, promotions, SVO, Job profiles, lateral moves, compensation changes, etc.

  • Resolve requests related to employee data

  • Collaborate and resolve issues in bi-weekly payroll runs as needed

  • Resolve escalations from our internal business partners

  • Provide Tier 1 level of support in (e.g., Service Now)

  • Follow up on tickets as needed to ensure SLAs are met

  • Provide ad hoc daily/monthly report as required

  • Provide ad hoc human resources support

  • Actively collaborate with other internal team members

  • Support TA and other HR related services as required

  • Perform other duties as requested

  • Provide HR administrative assistance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources or related field (preferred)

  • 2 years of experience performing similar duties in Payroll (preferred) or workforce

  • Good knowledge of payroll and HR processes

  • Minimum of 2 years’ business experience, including time & attendance

  • Team player with ability to partner with peers when dealing in cross functional areas.

  • Ability to work autonomously, proactively and as an integrated member of a team

  • Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail

  • Bilingualism, English and French, spoken and written.
