Procurement Team Leader

General information:

To strengthen our Supply Chain Management team, we are looking for a Procurement Operational Team Leader with German. Seize this unique opportunity to take an active part in shaping our center and grow together with the rapidly developing organization.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor accurate processing of Procurement transactions. Oversee organization and work allocation for individuals involved in processing.

- Identify, recommend and assist in implementation of best practices to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains, eliminate inefficiencies.

- Collaborate closely with Procurement Delivery Lead on goals/execution/digitalization. Set and monitor team goals delivery, while providing regular feedback to team members.

- Provide regular coaching and training to the team. Supports the transition of Procure to Pay (P2P) processes into the CSS organization.

- Manage day to day activities with portfolio of international suppliers, fulfilling needs of internal and external stakeholders, including PO creation, tracking goods receipt, issue resolution etc.

Your background:

- Bachelor's degree.

- At least 4 years of experience in the following areas: Supply Chain - - Management/Procurement.

- Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1).

- Very good knowledge of German (B2/C1).

- Leadership exposure (direct team leadership or coordination).

- Good Excel knowledge would be a strong plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
