• Tracking personal sleep data during the night
• Individual comfort and temperature balancing
• Comfort adjustability on each side of the bed

Requirements:

Jira Engineer/ Administrator is responsible for managing the Jira environment for the client, including design, implementation, and maintenance of Jira projects, workflows, and custom fields and users, API intergration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Jira Cloud administration and be familiar with project automation, asset management, and Jira Service Manager. Ability to work with client, process manager / coach, engineering managers, team and ability to guide team to right process and automation, preferably with good enough overlap with PST working time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Jira projects, workflows, and custom fields to meet the needs of different departments and teams.
• Manage user access, security, and permissions within Jira Cloud.
• Configure Jira integrations with other tools and systems, such as Slack and Confluence, etc.
• Create custom scripts and automate routine tasks using Jira's APIs and scripting capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Jira and its integrations.
• Train and support users on the best practices for using Jira, including project and workflow management, custom fields, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to Jira administration and processes.
