Requirements:

1. 3+ years working as Product Owner/Project Manager
2. 5+ years of experience in IT
3. A proven track record of successfully implementing software using Agile methodologies by overseeing project teams with at least 10 members within geographically dispersed teams (Croatia and other countries)
4. Strong understanding of the Scrum Framework and software development life cycle (PM)
5. Prior experience in implementing the Scrum framework and process improvement to increase the team's efficiency (PM)
6. Skills to facilitate the Scrum events (PM)
7. Advanced knowledge of Jira (PO/PM)
8. Resilience and ability to deal with escalation (PM)
9. Experience in decomposing large initiatives into smaller Product Backlog Items (PO)
10. Experience in creating and maintaining the Product Roadmap based on collected input from stakeholders (PO)
11. Proactive approach to resolving blockers and impediments for the team (PM)
12. Creating a supportive team culture where all individuals are appreciated (PM)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Agile process facilitation. Standard Scrum meetings (SM)
2. Product Backlog management and prioritization of items based on stakeholders needs (PO)
3. Creating and maintaining the Product Roadmap based on collected input from stakeholders (PO)
4. Building a strong relationship with the client, dealing with their requests and managing their expectations (PM)
5. Team project management: 1×1, troubleshoot, support and develop the team (PM)
6. Dealing with different kind of reports: team productivity, product reports, daily and weekly reports, etc
