The Global Continuous Improvement Expert – Process Automation & Digital Solutions for Transport & Logistics will be responsible to successfully drive CI initiatives related to process automation and to successfully implement any solutions which will lead to further digitalization of Transport and Logistics processes. The Global Continuous Improvement Expert will be responsible to lead small scale automation initiatives, as well as big scale continuous improvement projects which will impact globally processes managed within Transport & Logistics. The role requires project management experience, knowledge about different CI methodologies, seniority in stakeholders’ management, open-minded attitude and thinking out of the box approach.
Research: Conduct research on best practices in business improvement methods and technology to identify opportunities for company growth and further digitalization
Process Management: review processes and procedures, and implement changes to business processes to assist in the achievement of business objectives in accordance with TT&L Strategy
Documentation: Capture and document continuous improvement learnings to facilitate organizational knowledge sharing and training
Analysis: Analyze data to identify areas of improvement
