Mission Statement:

Manufacturing Quality Control work includes Auditing, monitoring, inspecting and determining the quality of supplier manufacturing processes against defined internal and regulatory standards. Testing samples of incoming goods. Reporting material deviations and defects with Quality Assurance to troubleshoot and resolve problems. A Experienced Para-Professional requires knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Responsibilities may include Problems are typically of a routine nature but may require some analysis to understand. Works under moderate to limited supervision for routine situations. Communicates information that requires explanation or interpretation.

Your Responsibility:

• You will be Data analysis (SPC/ OQD/ NCR …) and lead-ing supplier quality improvement.
• You will be Managing equipment calibration.
• You will QM module/ Digital Passport System set up.
• You will be Supporting blue-collar training & qualification or assessment.
• You will build quality culture.
• You will be leading Gauge R&R.
• You will perform special test according TDI (technical delivery instruction).
• You will be participating NPI project and contribute quality.
• You will manage IQC team (10 people ) to productivity.
• You will do supplier certificate verification.
• You will coordinate with WH/ Planner / SCM to arrange inspection to ensure production plan.
• You will develop IQC Technicians.

Your Background:

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years’ experience at similar role.
• Lean6sigma.
• Fluent in English.
• Problem solving (8D/DMAIC / Fishbone diagram).
• Data analysis.
• MS office & Power BI.
• Report & presentation.
• Logical thinking.
• ISO 9001: 2015.

• People management.
• CMM programming.
