Description

From your home office, you will be the contact person for our customers in your region and ensure successful area sales. We rely on you to convince both new and existing customers of our complete portfolio. This is where your technical know-how in electrical engineering as well as your communication and negotiation skills come into play. You will also need a high level of sales affinity, a clear customer focus and strong assertiveness. Your responsibilities

  • You advise and support existing as well as new customers, whom you skillfully inspire for our products/solutions and/or service concepts
  • You develop and maintain sustainable business relationships with customers and key accounts, taking into account the general strategy of the sales team You take on and collect customer feedback
  • You are responsible for escalation management in case of questions and problems
  • You are the direct link to the business units and bid & proposal teams
  • You organize and initiate after-sales service activities


Your background

  • Successfully completed engineering studies or professional experience as a technician or master craftsman
  • First relevant professional experience in sales of products/solutions requiring explanation
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of technical and economic solution concepts
  • High willingness to travel
  • Fluent German and basic knowledge of English
  • Affinity for sales as well as strong negotiation and presentation skills in dealing with demanding customers
