Description

Your responsibilities:

  • You will support CMD / LSMs with the strategic and local accounts and alignment with value propositions and region growth strategies.
  • You will provide functional leadership and coaching to digital sales.
  • You will be responsible for relationships with senior-level stakeholders in the region and country.
  • You will manage association groups' engagement in the Support CMD / LSMs with the strategic and local accounts and alignment with value propositions and region growth strategies.
  • You will provide functional leadership and coaching to digital sales.
  • You will manage association groups' engagement in the region.
  • You will establish, if required a cadence of regional Digital networks of segment stakeholders.

Your background:

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, especially system engineering is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business administration is a plus.
  • More than 7 years of business experience in the field of Transmission and Distribution and/or industrial power receiving systems.
  • Marketing and Sales experience of more than 5 years
  • Account management and/or business development skills are a plus.
  • Facilitation ability is a must.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & and written English language is required.
