Summary: Under the direction of department management exercises responsibility for execution of the company’s strategic and tactical plans through department and related staff for the Production Control department. This position exercises independent judgment routinely and operates within established guidelines.
Essential Functions: Includes the following (other duties may be documented and assigned by local management and some duties may not apply dependent upon the requirements of the position at each specific (HIAMS)AM site and/or the strengths of the employee and the needs of the company):
Knowledge, skills & abilities: Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Possess ability to perform duties utilizing current company software applications. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills required. This position performs job duties in an ethical and professional manner. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Experience: Minimum 2 years prior related experience preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervisory responsibilities may be possible to perform the job duties as designated by area management.
Physical Demands: Required to sit or stand for long periods of time. Ability to work 40 – 60 hours per week.
Travel: Less than 10% domestic and international may be required as needed.
Work Environment: Working in an office environment with exposure to manufacturing areas.
