We are creating a new industrial IoT platform from scratch that will be used to provide the best-in-class management system for Power Grids. Our system is mission-critical to keep lights on.

Creating the system as ours is not only about the code but also about understanding the business requirements and converting them into easy-to-understand, developed, and tested requirements. Ensure that the team members know why they are doing the ongoing work and the bigger picture, and support the product owner in setting up the right work priorities.

On the other side, you will be responsible for some of the communication with stakeholders from the business, not only to understand changing expectations from their side and the surrounding environment of the team, which might have an impact on the teamwork, but also helping them to understand the issues, dependencies, and limitation of the team if such will arise.

You have to learn fast, understand different points of view, have the ability to understand complex scenarios, and simplify them so others might carry on with their work based on your explanations. All of this is in a changing environment and a world of priorities and expectations that might contradict each other.

Reporting to Łukasz Gawor, you will work in a collaborative environment.
