We are a globally recognized pioneering technology leader looking for a highly motivated Specialist to suppport SCM Regulatory Compliance Team. The main responsibility of this role is to ensure that, within the regulatory framework, we comply with all rules, regulations, and legal standards around  the world.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • gather and compile data required for ensuring compliance in relation to Supply Chain Compliance Regulations

  • manage Carbon Boarder Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) data gathering, analysis and reporting

  • manage data gathering, compiling, analysis and reporting in relation to other supply chain compliance regulations, as requested

  • cooperation with stakeholders for different areas

  • Monitor timely input of data as well as data quality from data providers (internal/external)

  • Assist in Supplier Management related tasks ( removing non-compliant suppliers / selecting appropriate suppliers for emissions results (CBAM) )

  • Support in the screening of products purchased in EU as well as impact of CBAM on local product pricing model

  • Update Regulatory Compliance SP on the status of the regulatory requirements and prepare presentations as needed


  • Identify opportunities to collect and report data in a standardized format from country ERP , other third-party providers, and suppliers with the support of CSS Excellence Team

  • Implement agreed data collection strategy

  • Provide training as needed on new process for data collection

  • Defining and implementing an approach for automated data collection


  • Provide training to internal stakeholders on data gathering process

  • Support in the development of communication toolkit to support suppliers with understanding of regulatory requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in the related specialization area ( data management, regulatory compliance)

  • Prior work experience in data management roles

  • Interest in ESG and regulatory compliance

  • Experience in working within a matrix organization

  • Flexible and adaptable to work with multiple stakeholders in an agile environment

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
