Summary of the position:
The Director of Human Resources for Telesis in Circleville, Ohio, provides strategic HR direction for Hitachi Industrial Equipment Solutions companies in North America, excluding Hitachi Global Air Power US, LLC in Michigan City, Indiana. This position will be responsible for the following areas for businesses in scope: employee relations, employee communication, onboarding, benefits management, performance management, policy implementation, retention strategies, workforce development, Hitachi compliance, and employment law compliance and staffing selection. This position requires an extremely perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels within multiple organizations while balancing employee goodwill and business needs.
This position is located on site at Telesis in Circleville, Ohio.
