Our local product group Insulation & Components is the technology leader in design and manufacture of high voltage transformer bushings. All renowned international companies of the electrical industry, active in power generation, transmission and distribution are among our customers. We have a top position in the high voltage bushing areas worldwide.

Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for our customers care service and after sales.
You establish and maintain a close relationship with our customers and fulfill customer inquiries.
You advise our customers world-wide in technical questions and maintenance.
With your professional and experienced manner, you independently manage customer service cases in a structured way to define necessary actions and if necessary, you lead the team to perform analysis according to lean methodologies (DMAIC, 8D, A3, etc.).
You conduct and manage Root Cause Analysis investigations to prevent avoidable problems from reoccurring.
You prepare service-related quotation to enhance service sales and customer satisfaction, by executing order processes for spare parts and repairs. Ultimately you will be the key-coordinator to organize on-site-operations and maintenance.
Preparing and conducting training using various methodology for our customers, sales specialists and internally in our organization.
Self-starter mentality with high learning agility, quick comprehension, and pragmatic implementation orientation.
Exceptional problem-solving skills using both heads-on and hands-on approach.
Reliable and independent personality with a high degree of initiative and of responsibility and commitment.
Profound experience in dealing with customers of various cultural background. You convince with your representative, confident and competent appearance as well as your communication skills.
Professional experience in the field of power grids, energy systems, high voltage or similar.
You preferably have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar.
Language: excellent skills in English and fluent German.
Social maturity and cross-cultural awareness.
Excellent computer skills in MS Office, SAP knowledge an advantage.
