Field Engineer Key Account Germany (Austria, Switzerland - D-ACH) (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
Installation and commissioning of Hitachi coding & marking solutions for named key accounts under the responsibility of direct sales in D(ACH)
Carrying out maintenance and repair work on coding & marking solutions at Hitachi's key account in D(ACH) for direct sales customers
Carrying out repairs at the customer's site or in the workshop
Communication with the customer's technical contacts
Close collaboration with sales, pre-sales and project management and support with product testing and demonstrations
Conducting training courses at the customer's site or in Düsseldorf
Support of the service hotline for direct customers
Building and maintaining customer relationships (technical contact) through excellent customer service and proactive customer communication, generating cross-selling leads
Assist in achieving company goals through the sale of maintenance contracts and services through Hitachi
We’re looking for a team player, who is motivated by delivering great work and the Hitachi vision. The role will be a mixture of remote-hybrid working.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and background:
Ability to work independently, responsibly and in a structured manner
High motivation and ability to work in a team
High service and customer orientation
Broad knowledge of coding & marking technologies (continuous inkjet, thermal inkjet, laser coding, camera systems, customer-specific software solutions)
Fluent English & German language skills, both oral and written
Good IT knowledge of Office Standard and common control systems in the production environment
Willingness to travel in Germany and partly A-CH (>70% of the time)
Formal qualification as a technician or engineer
Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or similar customer service role, preferably in a sales and service-related company with technical capital goods
