ERP Deployment Project Administrator – 6 month mandate

Description

General Information:

You will support the Project deployment team in Canada, ) in Ville-St-Laurent, Qc, Canada.  by monitoring the last phases of the S4/Hana migration project by tracking tickets, triaging or addressing questions and problems assigned to the Canada Finance Lead. You will provide recommendations for the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools, as well as offering administrative and coordination support to the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality of deliverables

• Monitoring progress and resources

• Follow up the project plan

• Managing and risk analysis

• Promote business process standardization

• Maintaining continuous communication with stakeholders

• All other related tasks

Qualifications:

• Knowledge in Project Administration/deployment projects.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

• Knowledge of SAP.

• Familiarized with Share Points

• Bilingual, fluent in French and English

• Good Communication and problem-solving skills

• Methodical approach focused on the quality of work

• Flexibility and team spirit
