Description

Your responsibilities:

  • You will develop and maintain a detailed production plan to ensure that individual parts are assembled in time to support the project schedule.
  • You will Monitor the production execution status and drive the problem-solving to ensure the project can be delivered on schedule.
  • Work with buyers to ensure that raw materials are available to support the detailed production plan.
  • Reviewing production capacity, performing capacity analysis, and adjusting production schedules to balance production as needed.
  • You will collect and evaluate KPIs related to the performance of the production.
  • Manage analysis MRP and handle MRP exception messages every week.
  • You will maintain materials data and make purchasing strategy and Analysis on materials shortage, slow-moving materials and take action to reduce space.
  • You will manage subordinators to delivery team result.

Your background:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Manufacture or project management working experience is preferred. Have experience on people management.
  • Knowledge required in Microsoft office, SAP, Power BI.
  • Passed CET-4 or above, Proficiency in both spoken & written English language.
  • Passed the computer Level 2 examination Personality: Strong organization and communication skills can perform well under pressure; Strong leadership skills and a sense of ownership; Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail; Problem-solving and initiative to proactively identify and provide solutions capability.
  • Comply with national regulations of employment age, no gender restrictions.
