Regional Sales Director

Your responsibilities:

• You will Lead the region sales team to reach overall business targets with a budgeted JV mix and segment mix.
• You will be responsible for facilitating and managing the collaboration between various sales teams & and JV factories.
• You will manage customer relations to promote Hitachi Energy's image via various customer events & and visits.
• You will be responsible for people management and development.

Your background:

• Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in an engineering-related major, especially in electrical & and power.
• 8+ years of sales & team management experiences.
• Strong frustration threshold & and influential skill.
• Team management and people development experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office skills
• Proficiency in both spoken & and written English language is required.
