Customer Connect Center (CCC) is a global team within Hitachi Energy. CCC is the competent entry door for all the technical & sales related inquiries in 14 different languages. CCC Team for Europe & Africa is located in Krakow.

Your responsibilities

  • Getting acquainted with Customer Connect processes

  • Support in handling incoming inquiries from Nordic countries via e-mails, chat, web, telephone and other possible channels efficiently, with confidence and professionalism (approximately 90% of inquiries are via web or e-mail)

  • Share feedback about customer centricity of processes & solutions, propose & help implementing improvements

  • Data cleansing & maintenance of the Contact Management Tool GDS

  • Able to multitask and maintain an organized work environment

  • Collaborate with other departments and keep a positive relation with them

Your background

  • You are a university student graduating in September 2024 or later

  • You can speak any of the following languages (proven spoken & written skills): Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish, with additional good command of English

  • Proficiency in additional languages would be a big plus

  • Strong focus on customers and their needs

  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions

  • You are a flexible and creative team player
