Description:

As a Middle DevOps Engineer, you will be an integral part of a small team working on the SDV Cloud Framework, aimed at transforming the software development process for OEMs and contractors. The framework, built atop Terraform CDK technology, facilitates architecture deployment from human-readable project requirements and supports multiple cloud providers. The project's goal is to establish a foundational framework for various OEM and contractor projects, focusing on a general solution rather than customer-specific needs.

Requirements:

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Proficiency with GitHub and GitLab.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Terraform or OpenTofu.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and principles.
• Proficiency in Linux server administration.
• Experience with bash, and Python scripting.

Will be a plus:

• Practical knowledge of Azure Cloud.
• Experience with Helm, Jenkins, Ansible, and Docker.
• Understanding of firewalls, proxies, certificates, network security, etc.
• Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
• Familiarity with GitOps approaches.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and build a scalable, secure framework on cloud platforms using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, primarily Terraform.
• Implement industry best practices for security and compliance.
• Work closely with the team lead to extend the feature list, ensuring continual enhancement of the framework.
