We are therefore looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Southern Talent & Learning team, focusing on France.

In your role you will bring leadership to support & drive recruitments for roles across our business. You will get a lot of responsibilities but also a lot of freedom to structure your days. Your responsibilities

  • Support hiring managers in the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across Hitachi Energy across the geographic remit

  • Collaborate with the larger recruitment team on internal and external recruitment matters

  • Support in recruitment campaigns from strategy and planning to activation

  • Identify short-term and long-term gaps in the talent demand and advise on solutions to talent challenges

  • Communicate with candidates in all steps of the recruitment process

  • Promote Hitachi Energy as an employer of choice in relevant forums (job fairs, student & professional events, social media)

  • Support in developing Hitachi Energy’s recruitment strategy to identify and attract top talent

  • Analyze and interpret recruitment data

Your background

  • You hold a bachelor degree within HR, Business Administration, Engineering and/or other relevant areas.

  • Several years of experience in recruitment, preferably from a similar industry

  • As a person you are flexible, humble, determined and can work independently as well as collaborate well with others

  • You enjoy working with both operational and strategic tasks

  • You are a customer-and service orientated person with strong communication skills

  • In this role it is important to be structured and be able to work effectively with several processes at once

  • Fluency in English & French.
