We are therefore looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Southern Talent & Learning team, focusing on France.
In your role you will bring leadership to support & drive recruitments for roles across our business. You will get a lot of responsibilities but also a lot of freedom to structure your days. Support hiring managers in the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across Hitachi Energy across the geographic remit
Collaborate with the larger recruitment team on internal and external recruitment matters
Support in recruitment campaigns from strategy and planning to activation
Identify short-term and long-term gaps in the talent demand and advise on solutions to talent challenges
Communicate with candidates in all steps of the recruitment process
Promote Hitachi Energy as an employer of choice in relevant forums (job fairs, student & professional events, social media)
Support in developing Hitachi Energy’s recruitment strategy to identify and attract top talent
Analyze and interpret recruitment data
You hold a bachelor degree within HR, Business Administration, Engineering and/or other relevant areas.
Several years of experience in recruitment, preferably from a similar industry
As a person you are flexible, humble, determined and can work independently as well as collaborate well with others
You enjoy working with both operational and strategic tasks
You are a customer-and service orientated person with strong communication skills
In this role it is important to be structured and be able to work effectively with several processes at once
Fluency in English is required while Italian is considered a plus
We are offering a temporary contract of 1 year (aprox).
