3 years of experience with technical skill set, in the role of Business Analyst, System Analyst or Business Consultant.
2 Years of experience as Business Consultant or similar role with technical tasks (Knowledge about interfaces and systems configurations).
Must work well in a team environment (both distributed and co-located), interacting with both IT and Business stakeholders.
Experience in financial industry is key.
Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a MUST have.Job Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Act as the primary client contact throughout the client implementation process; escalate needs, issues, concerns to the business partners and management as appropriate.
Establish a strong working relationship with each client based on clear expectation-setting and mutual trust building. Ensure clients' requirements and business objectives are defined clearly that they are well understood by the entire project team.
Work in coordination with non-client facing Implementation team members to ensure accurate solution configuration.
Test client data and digital banking system configuration to ensure proper functionality and quality; resolve data discrepancies as a result of testing and/or initial production activity within the software.
Work closely with sales partners to ensure client expectations are being met; provide technical expertise to support the Sales team when needed.
Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications.
Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.
Attend client deep dive meetings and gather requirements.
Support design iterations and question/answer between client and other professional services resources/teams.
