As a part of global R&D organization you will cooperate on daily bases with colleagues from teams in Sweden and India. Development in Krakow is focused on I/O systems, DSP (digital signal processor) units, and Power Electronics control units. Working under SAFe framework you will develop further your skills and contribute into development of next generations of MACH™ system (Modular Advanced Control for HVDC). You are going to work in the team led by Tomasz Dziubinski.
Your responsibilities
Support in development of next generation HVDC control and protection system.
Development, testing and validation mainly using C and python.
Preparing and managing technical documentation.
Participation in prototyping and testing on real HW in modern laboratories.
Cooperation with specialists from international teams.

You are a university student
You have a genuine interest in computers, programming and innovative technology as well as motivation to work for the world-leading technology pioneer.
Understanding of C/C++
Understanding of embedded systems architecture and real time operating systems.
Familiarity with .NET or scripting languages like Python is an additional advantage.
Ability to understand electrical hardware schematics and PCB layout.
Proficiency in use of basic electrical tools, i.e. oscilloscope, multimeter, soldering tools.
As you will be part of a global business, communication in English is required, written, and spoken alike.
Teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
Availability at least 25 hours a week.
