Description

  • Field Service Engineering work is focused on providing technical advice to customers includ-ing commissioning, installing, and testing of products/equipment including: Identifying and correcting more complex problems associated with start-up. 
  • Researching, evaluating, and recommending new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs. 
  • Developing on-going relationships with customers to secure future business. 
  • May resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems and/or train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. 
  • Responsibilities may include: Managing projects and processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals. 
  • Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.

Personality requirements and skills

  • Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the field of min. 5 years
  • Electrotechnical competence:
  • E23 Electrical engineer for activity management or operation management according to §23, decree no. 508/200 Coll.
  • E1.0 technical electrical equipment without voltage limitation, including lightning rods
  • Expertise in Designated technical electrical equipment (UTZ E) is an advantage:
  • min. according to §24, MDPaT SR decree no. 205/2010 Coll.
