You as a Field Service Engineer will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Lahore/Karachi. You will be responsible for testing & commissioning of Grid Station Control & Automation (RTU/SAS) equipment. Having experience with Protection & Telecom (SDH/PLC) System will be an advantage.
Candidate shall be adaptable to learn & enhance expertise and knowledge related to Grid Station equipment as per job requirement.
You will be focused on providing technical services to customers including commissioning, supervising installation, and testing of products/equipment including Identifying and correcting more complex problems associated with start-up. Researching, evaluating, and recommending new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs.
Developing on-going relationships with customers to secure future business. May resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems and/or train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
Executing, testing & commissioning of Grid Station Control & Automation IEDs/Equipment according to manufacturer manuals.
Hands on experience on Relion series, Siprotec, MiCOM etc. Control Protection IEDs, PCM600, Digsi5 etc. and other software required for commissioning of IEDs.
Responsibilities may include Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals. The problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.

A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from a reputable institute.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
