Description:Our customer, the digital identity company for life- and mission-critical industries, is seeking a Portfolio Operations Manager to drive product life cycle efforts across the product portfolio.
The Portfolio Operations Manager support Imprivata Product Management teams in delivering
commercially successful products by ensuring cross-functional corporate readiness for product releases,managing efforts through the product lifecycle, providing information, and optimizing processes. The ideal candidate will have a successful background in leading projects and cross-functional teams, ability to support communications between Product Management teams and the company as a whole, and willingness to get hands dirty in tackling operational improvements.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required.
5+ years program management experience.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to bring products to market.
Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle; technical background preferred.
Experience in reporting on and analyzing product data using Excel or other financial software.
Track record of implementing new processes for improved efficiency.
Knowledge of Agile project management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - concise and precise.
Independent problem-solving, self-motivated and positive attitude.
Proven ability to get into technical and other details of programs and projects in order to drive tasks to completion.
Ability to obtain results in a large corporate, matrixed environment.
Demonstrated skills in leadership, negotiation, facilitation, presentation, communications, critical thinking, and multi-tasking.

Job Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional teams (from Pre-Sales to Business Development to Engineering) to deliver products to market.
Track and provide regular updates on program or product status to stakeholders and executives.
Shepherd efforts through the product lifecycle from concept exploration to product delivery to
end of life.
Support Product Management communications efforts via newsletters, review meetings, and
notices.
Own and guide international expansion of portfolio products across strategic geographies.
Collaborate on partner integrations and drive launch readiness activities.
Identify areas for improved efficiency and define programs to address.
Develop and maintain project plans specifying goals, success metrics, scheduling, identification
of risks, and contingency plans.
