We are looking for a qualified and experienced site support specialist (f/m/d) in the field of power engineering,

You support administrational our site managers, be responsible for booking business travels and track the time system accordingly.

The candidate we are looking for has a clear flair for sustainable energy, is highly motivated with an outgoing personality and has a great skillset for moving forward administrational tasks.

Your tasks:

  • You’re supporting the procurement of supplies and services and obtain quotations and placing orders

  • You are responsible for the time tracking, reporting overtimes and creating overtime reports

  • You plan and book business trips for our site managers

  • You handle the preparation of travel expense reports in collaboration with the team

  • You support in administration tasks to prepare documents, presentations and prepare workshops on-site

  • You are creating and dispatching documents in English and German

Your background:

  • Commercial apprenticeship with at least 3 years of work experience in the energy segment

  • We are looking for engaged, structured, persistent, well-organized, and driven person who is a team player

  • Ready to work in an international and multicultural work environment

  • German and English in spoken and written

  • Ability to work with new tools

  • Good MS Office skills

  • Preferably Knowledge in travel expenses and labor law
