General Information:

Hitachi Energy is seeking for FP&A Manager for its Raleigh, NC location. This role is responsible for reporting and controlling activities related to Grid Integration business in North America (USA, Canada and Mexico) with direct reports in these three countries.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a business partner in order to develop a business model and optimize financial performance within an assigned business area across a given geographic scope.

  • Ownership for the internal controls.

  • Supports effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data in order to evaluate various business alternatives and recommend the most appropriate business solutions.

  • Drives definition and implementation of standards and business specific guidelines in financial control processes.

  • Problems faced are often complex and require extensive investigation and analysis.

  • Requires ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor/master's in accounting.

  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in similar roles.

  • Strong experience in internal controls (including Sabannes-Oxley).

  • SAP with emphasis on FI/CO.

  • Fluent English. French and Spanish are a plus.

  • Willingness do search and develop talent in the organization.
