Recruiter Intern

Talent is a strategic pillar and a key area to succeed with our business and strategy. Last year Hitachi Energy hired over 6000 people globally and we continue to see a huge growth. We are therefore looking for an Intern Recruiter to join our Southern Talent team, focusing on Spain and Global positions.

In your role you will work close to Talent Partners (Local & Global) to support them in all open recruitment processes from A to Z:  screening, kick off meeting, interviews, etc.

We are looking for a HR Student that would like to develop his/her career in Talent Acquisition while being part of an international company. We are offering one year internship, 30h/week with flexibility, development plan and good environment. Location in Barcelona.

Your responsibilities

• Support talent partners and hiring managers in the end-to-end recruitment process

• Collaborate with the larger recruitment team on internal and external recruitments

• Support in recruitment campaigns from strategy and planning to activation

• Communicate with candidates in all steps of the recruitment process

• Analyze and interpret recruitment data

Your background

• Currently studying a Master in HR, Business Administration, or some specific training in HR.

• International experience is a plus.

• As a person you are flexible, humble, determined and can work independently as well as collaborate well with others.

• Eager to learn and motivated to do the best during the internship.

• You are a customer-and service orientated person with strong communication skills

• Fluency in Spanish and English
