Acts as an important team member to manage all aspects of financial reporting, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accounts are being maintained accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for Support in monthly & quarterly forecasting activities, support in various MIS- ABACUS, performance report, ABB group margin report etc.

  • You will Monitoring Project, Internal Order, Production order & Sale order settlements.

  • You will Reconcile SEI, C2C, WIP & Advances, ensure proper posting of cost by doing monthly cost center review, do the TECHTOOL Accrual and raise CHTEC Recovery and booking of invoices on timely basis, ensure all timesheet are approved and up to date and prepare the Order Report File, Backlog file and Project Review file on month basis.

  • You will provide various other support related to Finance & Controlling Activities and assist in collecting all receivables on a timely basis and comply with and helps achieve Internal Control over Financial Reporting compliance and participates in internal control testing and prepares relevant documentation.

  • You will ensure all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and issues to maximize customer satisfaction.

Your background:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or accounting is required.

  • 3 to 5 + years of experience, or alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated performance and results, in the areas of business, finance, operational controlling and accounting.

  • Strong financial manager structured and results oriented leader with strong analytical and operational controlling skills.

  • Business oriented mindset to support business development.

  • Strong Microsoft Office/computer skills and Solid SAP knowledge/experience (CO/FI) preferred.

  • Change management experience and strong communication skills.
