Define, plan and ensure implementation of product marketing strategies in assigned area to meet business objectives and in line with global product strategy. Oversee all marketing activities, and support Sales organizations in driving sales and services of respective products.
You will create, plan and ensure implementation of the local go-to–market product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy, establish product marketing targets and budgets and ensure their achievement through regular oversight, and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed.
You will develop, implement annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Business Units/Product Groups and prepare business plans focused on business development for a defined market.
You will coordinate market analyses with Product Marketing team and Sales team members and defines appropriate forecasts and plans, evaluate and share customer research, market conditions and competitor data and oversee sales execution for assigned products by coordinating the preparation of relevant materials and guidance to Sales team(s).
You will drive sales efficiency by ensuring appropriate product knowledge (technical and sales) for each Salesperson and ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
You will ensure (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed and coach, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

Obtained relevant education qualification, i.e., Degree in Engineering.
Proven work experience in marketing and sales with at least 5 years relevant work experience, with background in quotation preparation including costing and pricing experience with capability & capacity alignment with operations, engg, supply chain.
Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Knowledge and exposure in Sales Force.Com and MS Office.
Understand of sales performance metrics.
Business acumen with problem-solving attitude and leadership skill.
Having working experiences in transformer and power quality solutions is specially considered: AR comment working experiences in transformer and power products including.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and written, negotiation skill, influencing skills.
