Your responsibilities
Performs complex administrative activities and takes responsibility for delivering specific department processes/programs
Acts as point of contact for internal/external enquiries
Support in Visa (invitation letters, company letters, booking trips, coordinate with Embassies, application forms i.e. going to India) and all necessary approvals for business trips
Travel requests support, coordinate and completion for Commissioning Engineers, Service Engineers and Trainers travelling for projects, incl. rescheduling of travels if required when away or onward bookings
Manage/handle short term assignments from inquiry to start of STA/ Business Assignments and Infrastructure for new employees
Responsible for different communication tasks within the area of responsibility, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date
Implements Hitachi Energy processes and initiates continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Provides financial support on a department, monitoring budget spend, raising and approving requisitions/invoices, etc.
Your background
You bring first experience as assistant
You speak fluent German and English, any other language is an advantage
You are a user of MS and IOS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio, OneNote, Sharepoint, SAP, CRM, Lotus Notes and Salesforce
Commercial apprenticeship (eidg. dipl. Kauffrau/Kaufmann) is a plus
