Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be supporting CMD / LSMs with the strategic and local accounts and alignment with value propositions and region growth strategies.
  • You will provide functional leadership and coaching to digital sales.
  • You will maintain the relationship with senior level stakeholders in the region & Country.
  • You will manage associations groups engagement in the Support CMD / LSMs with the strategic and local accounts and alignment with value propositions and region growth strategies.
  • You will provide functional leadership and coaching to digital sales.
  • You will maintain relationship with senior level stakeholders in the region & Country.
  • You should manage associations groups engagement in the region.
  • You must establish, if required a cadence of regional Digital networks of segment stakeholders.
  • You should manage Region / Country digital growth strategy (including Digital country growth plans).
  • You must assure Digital competency & relevant actions i.e., staffing, onboarding etc.
  • You will be part of local inputs to value propositions.
  • You will handle Region Digital domain competence and support.
  • You will be part of region business development in future Digital growth categories.
  • You will maintain Digital Pipeline (5Q) and Order growth. OR KPIs associated with achieving growth strategy.
  • You should have Win strategic opportunities.
  • You will maintain Digital Market / Business development KPIs (penetration into new segments)
  • Digital Value propositions propagated in the region & country.
  • You should have Local market intelligence; competitor moves in Digital.
  • You should enable regional voice of customer engagements, digital insights.
  • Living core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your Background:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to adapt communication style to audience and drive stakeholder engagement.
  • 8 years + experience in business development or related field of expertise.
  • High level of self-motivation, curiosity, and drive to find solutions to complex issues.
  • Successful completion of undergrad studies in an engineering related discipline.
